Retainer Fees: Your time slot is not guaranteed until your Retainer Fee has been paid. Payment is due within three days of receiving your invoice. Until the Retainer Fee is paid, your session date and time will still be available for others to book.
*Retainer fees are non-refundable and will not be returned in the event of a cancellation by the client.*

Locations: You will be asked to select a location for your photo session. Locations are on a first come first serve basis. The sooner you select your location, the better! If you do not provide a location for your session one week prior to your session, your photographer reserves the right to select a location for you. Please review our photoshoot guidelines for location requirements, including travel fees and permissions.

Reschedules: If you need to reschedule your photo session you will be asked to pay an additional $25 retainer fee to reserve your new date and time. While we will work to reschedule your session as soon as possible, we are not able to guarantee a specific date or time will be available.

Final Payment: The full payment for your photo session will be due the day of your session. Photos will not enter the editing queue until full payment has been made.
